I take full payment before starting via PayPal. I won't work until full payment is received.I'll send you WIP images with progress I make (you can ask for changes then as well, though I won't do major changes when it's almost done)you can re-upload and use the finished commission for non-commercial and non-profit things, no need to ask, as long as proper credit is given, do NOT claim as your own art (I do not allow usage of my art for any commercial and profit activities, NFTs included.)you are NOT allowed to edit the artwork without my explicit permission (tiny edits / cropping are acceptable though)if there are any difficulties / I'm taking too long / can't finish it, I will cancel your commission and give you a full refund (you can keep the progress i had at that point for free).I will not accept refunds otherwise so please be 100% sure if you want to work with me!keep in mind that I can refuse a commission for any reason, whether I'm not comfortable drawing what you ask for or simply unable to take the commission at that timeI always upload my art to my socials, in NSFW art, you have to specify if you'd prefer to keep it private or if it's okay to upload it. (we can keep it anonymous or i can credit you)if a character design is way too complex, I will simplify their design (if that's allowed, if not I'll have to refuse)prices listed below are base prices, they will increase depending on the complexity of the piece / character designSending photo references is highly recommended. I will not work with descriptions only unless you're detailed about what you want.. the more references, the better.
You are allowed to send sketches, bases, pinterest images etc to explain what you want... please feel free to send as much examples as you want.TAT: 1 week to 1 month depending on your place at the waitlist.By purchasing art from me you agree to these rules and conditions.
If you break any of them I may refuse to ever work with you again.

TOS adopt

You can:
Change the design, gender and certain colors/detailsgift, re-sell (Only the same amount you payed me for, exept if you have added art)Use their DESIGN commercially, such as merch for a youtube mascot, etcUse the art I made as a profile picture or your account (Banner for example)You can not:
Claim that you designed/created the character!Use my art commercially! You have to create your own or ask meSell the adopt for more than you brought it forUpload it without creditSell the character if it was a gift/raffle.-Edit my art in any way shape or form! This includes editing the ref sheet/changing it without my consent
-DO NOT seperate the adopts if it came in multiple forms/colours! And DO NOT sell these forms seperatly.In case of scamming:
The adopt and all their arts will go back to meI do not need permission in case of scammingScamming examples: if you get the money of the character back without my permission. If you trade me a character that does not belonged to you (It was stolen). Or if you do not finish your part of the trade (If you offered me art and never finished)Do not worry, I will contact you before and we can disguss how we handle the situation. Emergencies can happen, I am aware of that.
Taking back a character will only happen in the most extreme scenarios!Want me to edit/change some things on the reference?
I can change small details/add details and change the colour if requested. Costs depend on the request.Auction rules:
